The king’s name and title within a circle, ‘sekke-ye Fatḥ ʿAlī Shah khosro-ve keshvarsetān’ (‘The coin of Fath ʿAli Shah, the conquering monarch’ in Persian). Rev. Within a central circle, ‘zarb-e dār al-muʾminīn Kāshān, 1246’ (‘Struck in the Abode of the Believers Kashan, 1246’ in Persian). Album 2870. Rare. Double struck and with areas of weakness, otherwise, very fine.
